All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Order Tracking

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking system to update and show movement after receiving your shipping confirmation. You can track your package directly through the link provided in your email or on our Track Order page.

4. Address Accuracy & Modifications

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Delayed Packages: If your shipment is taking longer than our standard estimated delivery window, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the carrier.
